Welcome!

I'm Samantha Wood, MPT, MBA, NPCT, RYT — though you can call me Sam, and I'm thrilled you're here! I'm a physical therapist with a passion for integrative wellness. My expertise spans Pilates, yoga therapy, orthopedics, sports therapy, and functional rehabilitation. As a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Yoga Alliance-certified instructor, I blend traditional physical therapy with mind-body practices. I'm proud to serve as an associate faculty member for BASI Pilates and author of "Pilates for Rehabilitation".

My mission is to empower individuals on their optimal health and wellness journey. Whether you're someone with an injury, a Pilates teacher looking for ways to help better your clients, or someone who wants to travel to exotic places and have amazing adventures (weaving in wellness, of course) - I'm here to support you!
