Wellness & Adventure Retreat

in Bali, Indonesia

April 25- May 2, 2026

Limited spots available!

Escape to the enchanting island of Bali for a week of pure magic and rejuvenation.

Each day, you'll wake up to stunning views from your Panorama Suite and start with a refreshing Pilates or Yoga class in an open-air studio. Enjoy a nourishing brunch made from fresh, organic ingredients grown on the resort’s own farm.

Your afternoons are free for exploration and adventure: visit beautiful beaches, explore waterfalls, bike through the countryside, or visit the famous monkey forest and elephant sanctuary. For something more tranquil, unwind by the pool, indulge in a spa treatment, or relax in a hammock with a good book.

Evenings are a blend of movement, music, and mouthwatering meals. After a sunset Pilates or Yoga session, savor a gourmet dinner at the Stay Human Restaurant or venture into nearby Ubud for a taste of local culture.

This retreat is for everyone—no matter your fitness level or experience. It’s a chance to break free from routine, explore a new culture, meet amazing people, and recharge your soul. Everything is organized for you; just board your flight to Bali and immerse yourself in a journey of wellness, friendship, and joy.

Sara and Michael Franti’s property, Soulshine Bali, is the perfect retreat to focus on your well-being for a week. Nestled within lush rice fields and tropical landscapes, this luxurious jungle resort offers the ideal balance of relaxation, adventure, and connection.

Surrounded by ancient temples and the soothing sounds of a nearby river, Soulshine Bali is your sanctuary for self-care and celebration. Unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, and enjoy live entertainment and a variety of classes. Outside the resort, immerse yourself in the vibrant nature and culture of Ubud—explore ancient rice fields, bike through the countryside, hike a volcano at sunrise, or take a trip to the beach.

Bali is a sensory feast with daily ceremonies, incense-filled villages, and artisans practicing centuries-old crafts. In Ubud, you'll discover the island’s rich traditions through wood and stone carvings, silversmithing, and graceful dance performances that tell stories of the past.

I can’t wait to share this beautiful, vibrant place with you!

LET'S TALK FOOD!

At Soulshine Bali, eating healthy is made easy and delicious. Everything is prepared with your health and well-being in mind. Local specialties, veggie burgers, grilled fish, creamy vegan pasta, or a raw dessert, you'll always find something nourishing or indulgent on the menu. Our organic ingredients and produce come from our own organic garden and neighboring farms.

Daily breakfast is included on this retreat, as well as dinner on the first and last evenings. In addition, we will enjoy a cultural dinner followed by a traditional balinese dance performance overlooking the sunset at Soulshine.

The Bali retreat experience with Sam changed my life! What I thought would be a "fun little vacation" turned out to be a therapeutic transformation that I felt in my soul. I felt so much better - both emotionally and physically. My husband and I embraced the classes, the Balinese culture, and really took the opportunity to slow down and reconnect with each other. Prior to the retreat, I was literally convinced  Ineeded hip replacement surgery due to how painful and stiff it was. But once I  let go of my emotional traumas and increased my mobility & strength with yoga & Pilates- I felt like a new person.  We left committed to making Pilates and yoga part of our lives at home and eager for the next retreat.  And when we returned home, friends and family told me I looked happier and younger!

I love retreats—both attending and hosting them! There are so many amazing options out there, but what makes mine stand out?

My retreats are lighthearted. We’ll enjoy healthy and delicious food, plenty of exercise, and some spiritual practices. But we’ll also have fun! Maybe a glass of wine, a piece of chocolate cake, or even a night out on the town.

Each retreat includes a community service activity that benefits the local environment and residents, which brings me immense joy.

Join us for wellness, community, and making a positive impact.

With love, Samantha Wood
